The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for a contract or pre-contractual steps and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other requests. Data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the matter and comply with legal retention duties.
4. WhatsApp
WhatsApp is opened only through an external link. A connection to WhatsApp is made only after you click that link or contact us through WhatsApp. The provider’s privacy terms then also apply and processing outside the European Union cannot be ruled out. For especially sensitive health, religious or case information, please use telephone or email first where possible and share only what is necessary.

The supervisory authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia.
